WP #5 — Sovereign Mobility: Inside the Zero-Trust Mobile Network (ZTMN)

1. Introduction

This paper introduces the Zero-Trust Mobile Network (ZTMN) — also known as AetherPulse™ — a sovereignty-first mobility layer designed to protect communication as a living system protects circulation: continuously, calmly, and without reliance on fragile intermediaries.

2. The Failure of Carrier-Dependent Identity

Traditional mobile networks bind identity to carrier infrastructure. That design made sense when mobility was simple and threats were limited. Today, it creates structural risks:

• Metadata exposure that enables correlation and tracking.
• SIM-based fragility that increases impersonation risk.
